Suplery didn't start with an idea. It started with a question: why do nine out of ten beauty businesses fail to keep their products and stock under control — no matter how good their software, their knowledge, or their team?

Before creating Suplery, we spent more than a decade setting up software for thousands of spas, salons, and clinics — and the inventory problem was always waiting there. It only ever settled when one person quietly took the whole thing onto their own shoulders and held it together by hand.

Suplery is a family-owned company, founded by Adam and Julia Golovenko. The team behind it has built software for the beauty industry since 2011, across 11 countries, for thousands of businesses — including multi-location chains — which is how we came to see the inventory problem for what it is. Today more than 1,000 beauty businesses across the US run on Suplery, ordering from a catalog of 14,000+ professional products.

Founder & CEO

20+ years in software, 15+ of them building tools for the beauty industry, including CRMs for beauty businesses across Europe. PhD in physics, with research at the boundary of information systems and real-world process modeling. His focus is technology you never notice: it bends to how you work, shows only what you need in the moment, and simply works.
