Anti-Diversion

We at Suplery are fully committed to fighting the unauthorized sale of products at non-salon retailers. Thanks to secondary coding systems and advanced methods of product tracking, we have been able to cut off diverters in record numbers. We also require, by a certain brand, current cosmetology licenses for all of our clients and mandate that all accounts with missing or outdated license information be updated and validated, or the account is deactivated.

Clients’ Obligations

For Salons

  1. All products purchased through Suplery will be used by the Salon on the premises associated with providing services or, in the case of retail products designed for home use, sold to the Salon’s end-user customers from the Salon premises or the Salon’s branded website and only in quantities meeting the Salon’s customers home consumption needs. Sales of products via third-party marketplaces (including Amazon), auction/bidding sites, or non-Salon branded websites is strictly prohibited.
  2. The Salon will use and apply products identified as “professional use only” only in connection with professional services performed on the Salon premises for the Salons customers. The Salon will not sell or otherwise transfer “professional use only” products to anyone.
  3. The Salon will not remove, obliterate, or tamper with any codes applied to products by the brands or Suplery.

For Retailers

  1. All products purchased through Suplery will be sold to the Retailer’s end-user customers from the Retailer premises or the Retailer’s branded website and only in quantities meeting the Retailer’s customers home consumption needs. Sales of products via third-party marketplaces (including Amazon), auction/bidding sites, or non-Retailer branded websites is strictly prohibited.
  2. The Retailer will not remove, obliterate, or tamper with any codes applied to products by the brands or Suplery.

Flagged Accounts

We abide by anti-diversion agreements with our brands. Client accounts that are flagged as diverters will not be allowed to shop on the site. If you feel your account has been flagged in error, please contact us at support@suplery.com.
