Anti diversion policy

This Anti-diversion policy ("Policy") is developed to prevent unauthorized resale and diversion activities on the Platform, thereby promoting an authentic, secure, and fair service that safeguards the interests of both our Suppliers and Clients. This Policy is applicable to all Users and Businesses on the Platform..

This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Suplery Inc. Terms of Service ("General terms"). Any capitalized and/or bold terms that are used in this Policy but are undefined will be assumed to have the meanings given to them in General terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of the Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

For the purpose of this Policy, we define:

Diversion as the resale or distribution of products marked professional on the Platform;

Dropshipping as the redirection, resending, or transfer of a product ordered through the Platform to any address or recipient different from the verified Client that made the order;

Unauthorized resale as the resale of products bought on the Platform using non-Client-branded or unapproved third-party websites (including but not limited to marketplaces).

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DIVERSION, DROPSHIPING, AND UNAUTHORIZED RESALE ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

To uphold the integrity of this Policy, we:

1) permit only beauty businesses and beauty supply shops to become Clients and make orders on the Platform;

2) require all Clients to submit their business information, including business and personal licenses and permits, for verification;

3) permit only Businesses that have the legal right to sell to become Suppliers and fulfill orders on the Platform;

4) require all Suppliers to submit their business information, including licenses and permits, for verification;

5) require all Supplier to be either brand owners or have the legal right to sell the listed products;

6) require all Users and Businesses to keep their information updated;

7) clearly distinguish on the Platform interface products that can and cannot be resold;

8) periodically audit and review Users’ and Businesses’ data and web pages, and utilize other open data sources, interviews, and other research techniques to ensure compliance with this policy.

We reserve the right to impose a range of penalties for non-compliance with this Policy, including but not limited to lowering ratings or suspending or terminating accounts on the Platform.

Please report any suspected diversion activities to diversion@suplery.com. Confidentiality is assured for those who report such activities.
