8. Process for 35 to 45 minutes.
9. Rinse out at least 50% of the product; rinse less for straighter results, rinse more to redefine curls, and rinse 100% for blonde or color-treated hair.
10. Dry hair 100%.
11. Flat iron each section as needed with temperature up to 450°F or as high as the hair can tolerate.
12. Apply Step 3: Finisher and process for approximately 6 minutes.
