Multiple Shipments
To serve our clients better, we use our warehouses across the country.
In some cases, you can receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, its status will be changed to “Delivery“ and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Most of our orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after the order status has been changed to “Delivery“.
The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the tracking page. To track the order, click on the tracking number or link to the tracking page. To track an order on Suplery.com, find the corresponding order on the Orders page in your profile.
