Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and with the original packing slip or invoice. Associated promotional/free items must be included. Return requests must be submitted via Suplery Client’s Interface. After submitting, you will be able to print a free Return Label and return shipping at no cost.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed. The refund amount will be reduced by the shipping, insurance, and additional fees in case any were applied to your order.
The following types of products are not accepted for return:
- Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers, or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped, or broken appliances.
- Discontinued Product or product marked “final sale”: Discontinued product, product in discontinued packaging, or product marked “final sale” may not be returned.
- Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.
- Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For a refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.
When you return eligible products, do not also include non-returnable products, as you won’t receive refunds for these products, and we cannot guarantee their return shipment to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
Suplery will replace/refund any products that are damaged in transit, defective or missing products. Carefully examine your order and report any issues within 7 days of receipt. You agree that if you do not timely report the issue, the product shall be deemed delivered and satisfactory. All reports must be submitted via Suplery Client’s Interface. You agree to provide the requested information, including accurate photographs of all damaged items.
You may request to cancel an order if the order has not yet shipped or begun processing by the Brand, regardless of whether the order is the first order with a Brand. If the order has already shipped, you can not cancel it (though first orders with a Brand may qualify for a return). Cancellation requests must be submitted via Suplery Client’s Interface.
