Customer care manager
Who you are:
You're someone who knows the customer care game well, but you bring a lot more to the table. You're the type who cares deeply about helping people and isn't afraid to dig deep to find the best solutions. Got a year or more of experience under your belt? Perfect! Bonus points if you're tech-savvy or have a background in technology education.On our team, you'll:
- Help out our users with their questions and issues through chats and emails. Your goal is to provide answers that are both quick and helpful.
- Get to know what our users are looking for and offer them personalized advice to enhance their online presence and business strategies.
- Act as the go-between for our users and the rest of the company, helping us make our products even better based on real feedback.
- Keep growing: we highly value your frontline experience. If you have ideas for making things run smoother or improving the user experience, we want to hear them.
Content manager
Who you are:
You've got at least 2 years experience and you love creating posts and pictures that people can't help but click on. Creation is more than just a job for you, it's how you express yourself. You're great at adapting your style to fit different platforms and audiences. Keeping up with the latest trends? That's your jam. You're also super organized and a team player who communicates well.On our team, you'll:
- Manage our social accounts like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to keep our brand consistent across the board.
- Craft posts and stories that fit our brand voice and really connect with our audience.
- Work closely with designers and other departments to make content that stands out.
- Keep track of tasks and deadlines to make sure projects get done on time.
- Take a look at how well our content is doing and let us know what's working and what isn't.
