1. Using the included tweezers, remove one prep pad.
2. Wipe the top of your natural lashes thoroughly with the pad.
3. Wipe underneath your natural lashes thoroughly with the pad.
4. Dispose of the pad and use a second pad on your other eye.
5. Wait until lashes are fully dry before applying Brilliant Bond Adhesive.
