Can Suplery track medical inventory like injectables?
Yes. Counts, usage and reordering for injectables, medical-grade skincare and consumables are live today. Per-vial expiry and lot tracking is in early access — join the list and you get it first.
Why do med spas need inventory software separate from their practice software?
Because practice software was built around the appointment, and the fridge is somebody else's problem. The American Med Spa Association counts more than 11,000 med spas in the US employing over 100,000 people, and almost all of them run high-value clinical stock through a tool that treats inventory as a checkbox.
Do we have to switch practice software?
No. Suplery runs alongside AestheticsPro, Zenoti, Pabau, Symplast and the rest, and owns inventory and supply only. Direct integration is coming.
Can we keep our current suppliers?
Yes. Order through Suplery to the suppliers you already use, on the prices and terms you already have. Orders placed directly with a supplier can be recorded here too, so the stock stays complete.
How do several providers and treatment rooms work?
Each room holds its own stock and each provider their own access. Shared carts let a provider build an order that someone with approval rights releases, so ordering is not one person's bottleneck.
Are safety data sheets available?
Yes, on file per product. Safety data sheets sit with the product record rather than in a folder somebody has to remember to update.
Is buying restricted to licensed businesses?
The inventory software is open to anyone. Verification applies to the shop, where the sellers are verified brands and authorized distributors — which is what keeps medical-grade lines out of the grey market.
