Client assignment policy

This Client Assigning Policy ("Policy") governs the process for distinguishing between two types of Clients on the Platform. This Policy helps determine which clients are classified as Supplier Invited clients so that we can apply lower fees to their transactions.

This Policy has been designed with the intention to promote transparency and fairness in the operation of the Platform and to foster long-term relationships between Suppliers and Clients. We ask all Users to respect these principles.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Suplery Inc. Terms of Service ("General terms"). Any capitalized and/or bold terms that are used in this Policy but are undefined will be assumed to have the meanings given to them in General terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of the Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

Issuing of invitations: A Supplier may issue an invitation to a potential Client, provided that the Client has had no prior relationships with the Supplier on the Platform.

Acceptance of invitations: Upon issuance of an invitation, the Client will have 90 days to accept this invitation via the Platform. Once accepted within this time frame, the Client will be categorized as an Invited client.

Expiry and resend of invitations: After the expiration of the 90-day period, if the invitation remains unaccepted, the Supplier may issue a new invitation, following the same rules outlined in this Policy.

Order without invitation acceptance: Should a Client place an order or send a request to the Supplier without accepting the invitation, the Client will not be classified as an Invited client.

Unregistered invitations: In the event that a Supplier issues an invitation to an email that is not registered on the Platform, Suplery will send a registration request to the Client. If the Client completes the registration, the Client will be classified as an Invited client.
