Messaging content policy

This Messaging content policy ("Policy") governs all use of the messaging function provided by Suplery Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") via the Platform. This Policy has been designed with the intention of enhancing the security of personal information, fostering a positive communication environment, and safeguarding all parties’ interests.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Suplery Inc. Terms of Service ("General terms"). Any capitalized and/or bold terms that are used in this Policy but are undefined will be assumed to have the meanings given to them in General terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of the Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

Incentives to use the messaging function

Our messaging function serves as a direct line of communication between Suppliers and Clients, promoting transparency, efficiency, and a more personalized shopping experience. Furthermore, it provides a documented trail of interactions between parties, which is invaluable for resolving any disputes or confusion.

Please note that the messaging function must be strictly used for professional communication related to the usage of the Platform's functions, such as discussing orders. It is expressly prohibited to use this feature for personal conversations, discussions unrelated to the Platform's operations, violations of Suplery Inc.'s terms of service, planning, executing, or deliberating any illegal activities, discussing socially contentious topics, or disseminating prohibited content.

Prohibited content

Personal or business information: Do not share your or others' personal or business information, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social security numbers, or credit card information, in any messaging sent via our Platform.

Inappropriate language: Using offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language is strictly prohibited.

Illegal activities: Messages promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including but not limited to selling illegal substances or items, are not allowed.

Spam: Unsolicited or repetitive messages are not permitted.

Harassment: Messages that harass, bully, or intimidate others are strictly forbidden.

Not listed products: Messaging should not be used for advertising or promoting products or services not listed on the Platform.

Poaching: Any attempts to divert transactions, Suppliers, or Clients from the Platform are prohibited.

Limited content: Content that has age or other restrictions is forbidden.

Other content that is prohibited by law or Suplery Inc. terms of service.

Professional consultations

Any consultations, clarifications, or advice can be provided only by individuals who meet all legal requirements under US law to provide such consultations, clarifications, or advice. The individual must immediately provide Suplery with corresponding evidence upon request. Failure to execute this will result in User AND Business account termination.

Reporting violations

We encourage Users to report any Policy violations by contacting us or using the Platform reporting tools. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action in each case.

Consequences of violation

Violations of this Policy may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to warnings, restriction or termination of account access, and legal action, where necessary.
