1. Soak a sponge in pure water or your desired solution.
2. Fold the sheet lengthwise.
3. Cut openings for the lips, nostrils, and hairline.
4. Unfold the sheet and position it over the face.
5. Align the holes with the lips and nostrils.
6. Avoid stretching the sheet while adjusting it to fit.
7. Gently tap the soaked sponge against the sheet until it fully adheres to the facial contours.
8. Smooth the sheet from the center of the face outward with your fingers.
9. Remove the sheet after 20–30 minutes.
