How to use
- Seat the client at the shampoo bowl and thoroughly saturate the hair with warm water before applying any product.
- Dispense an appropriate amount of shampoo into the palm — adjust volume to the client's hair density and length.
- Apply the shampoo directly to the scalp and distribute through the hair, then massage the scalp with fingertip pads (not nails) using circular motions to build lather and loosen buildup, working from the nape to the crown.
- Ensure full scalp coverage by systematically working through each zone — front hairline, sides, crown, and nape.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all product is completely removed from both scalp and lengths.
- For a double-cleanse on clients with heavy product buildup or an oily scalp, repeat the application and massage step before the final rinse.
- Follow immediately with FOBI Pure & Hydrating Conditioner or the next service step as appropriate.
Service integration note
